Samuel was fantastic. Upon meeting him at the first open house we walked into, he was a friendly, easy going, no pressure, kind of guy. We had just moved from out of state and we were just looking around to see what different areas were like. My husband and I both said after walking out “He seems like a good guy. We’ll have to keep him in mind when we decide it’s time to start seriously looking”. Samuel texted us about a week later and said if we were interested he could start sending us listing La that matched everything we might be looking for once we were ready. We did just that. He sent us listings, and we watched the market together. He was patient with us as we walked through escrow on one home, but decided ultimately it wasn’t right and backed out. No pressure on his end to “hurry and find or settle” on something that was already on the market. We just kept watching and waiting. Finally found the one and Samuel helped make the process smooth and helped educate on “Arizona things” along the way. We just closed and are now officially homeowners again. Thank you, Samuel!
